FOURTH WEEK REFLECTION AT SCHOOL

It was heavily rained during this week. On monday I have no periods but I got some substitutions. Senior teacher informed us that there should have a visit by AEO in the school. So we were prepared for the class. There was also observation by teachers from the department of Malayalam, Mathematics and Social Science. On this week I got a chance to visit the computer lab. We have guided the students on using computer. We had clarified their doubts. On the second day we had the general observation by Rani miss. We have arranged all the classes for observation. Teacher gave me good opinion of my class. It was much better than the observation of third semester. I took a model class for the first time. So I was a bit nervous. But I managed the class well. So it was a good observation class and I felt really satisfied during the class. The class ended on correct time andI have managed the classes well. During this week I have taken students of 9F to library. The library has a huge collection of books. I really liked the library and took two books to read. On Thursday we got a chance to visit tinkering lab. The lab is well equipped with materials for experiments. This lab should be really encouraging to the students. And the science teachers were really inspiring. I have found that all the science teachers were giving equal importance to class and lab activities. On Friday after noon we trainees were assigned duties for the unit test of 10th standard. It was a funny experience. On Saturday the school has holiday but there was a program on the collaboration of NCC, NSS, JRC. Students collected dresses, other materials, food products for old age home and orphanages of nearby locality. This programme aims to cultivate humanism and helping mentality of students.
